The Leader’s Equation Forum is a 12-week, 36-hour program designed to walk leaders through The Leader’s Equation (TLE) principles while customizing and applying them to their own organizations.  Participants meet weekly for an in-depth review of a TLE element, and work together to apply learning to their own organizations.
