The Leader’s Equation (TLE) Seminars are four-hour, interactive sessions that introduce large groups of leaders to TLE principles and allow leaders to assess their organizations.  Seminars help leaders complete and score The Leader’s Equation assessment forms based on the checklists found in The Leader’s Equation Guidebook.
